A Day in the Life

As an Intern you will support the Customer Service team by assisting with daily operations during a transition time. This role helps ensure smooth service delivery and contributes to improving customer satisfaction which directly impacts business performance and client retention.
By joining Customer Care & Order Operations (CCOO) you will get a unique opportunity to drive customer experience through technology innovation and contribute to bringing our Mission to patients all over the world.

Internship details:
Start date: January 2026
Duration: 5 months
Working hours: 30 hours per week
Working model: hybrid (2 days from office)
Location: Warsaw

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
Entering orders in SAP
Creating and following up on deliveries
Handling customer inquiries via email

Required Knowledge:
Pursuing a degree in higher education (you must be a student during the entire internship duration)
Fluency in English (minimum B2 upper-intermediate level)
Willingness to develop new skills including learning new systems and tools
Communication and teamwork skills

Would be a plus:
Knowledge of SAP/Verint
Spanish language skills
Customer-focused attitude
