We are looking for an experienced Retirement Village Coordinatorto join our team atMertome Aged Care Home and Retirement Villagein Bayswateron afull-time basis. The village is comprised of over 100 units and is connected to a 76-bed aged care facility.
About the role
Reporting to the Executive Manager you will be the first point of contact for all property management and renting related enquiries. The role oversees the full operation of the retirement village including customer relationshipsproperty and financial management compliance and asset maintenance. It also drives culture education and community engagement to ensure high-quality service delivery.
What youll bring
Ideally youll haveexperience managing retirement village style accommodationwith solid knowledge of the Retirement Villages Act 1992 and subsidiary legislation rules and regulations. A background in property management is essential as are strong budgetary billing and finance skills.
