Job Summary

Identify and analyze technical issues during production processes
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with various departments to design and implement technical solutions.
- Prepare and manage the Management of Change (MOC) process for projects
- Conduct project commissioning and evaluate any deficiencies
- Update and Review Work Instruction and Procedure regularly on production Department
- Collaborate on idea implementation through Clariants idea collection system (Orchestra system)
- Responsible with SAP System on Production Process
- Conduct project for increase production quality and quantity trough Lean Sigma System
- known about basic principle operation regarding manufacturing equiment
- Able to read P&ID
- Conduct safety risk assessment on production area with HAZOP system
- Follow strictly all QESH regulation
- Implement ISO9001:2015 ISO14001: 2015 ISO45001:2018 systems in term of carrying out daily tasks
- Continuous improvement for process effectivity and efficiency
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree (Chemical engineering) 3 years min experience
Ability to perform in daily task such as collaboratio teamwork communication skill problem skill
Able to do process improvementidentify problem and make trouble shooting to collect and analyze process data efficiency
