The Opportunity:
Global Business Development and Marketing Manager to lead our GPG Grid Components. This role is pivotal in driving the growth and market presence of our products on a global scale. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business development marketing strategies and sales team competence development.
How youll make an impact:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive business development and marketing strategies to achieve global growth targets.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Partnership Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders partners and customers to drive business growth.
- Marketing Campaigns: Design and execute innovative marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and product awareness.
- Sales Enablement: Collaborate with the sales team to develop training programs and resources that enhance their product knowledge and selling skills.
- Competence Development: Lead initiatives to continuously improve the competence and performance of the sales team through targeted training and development programs.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze the effectiveness of business development and marketing efforts making data-driven adjustments as needed.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on business development and marketing activities and outcomes.
Your background:
- Bachelors degree in engineering business marketing or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven experience in a similar role with a track record of driving business growth and successful marketing campaigns. Experience in the utilities sector is a plus
- Strong leadership and team influence skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced matrix organization and global environment.
