At Fundy Honda youll be the go-to pro who connects the right parts to the right people while keeping customers informed every step of the way. Youll help source organize and track the parts that keep our vehicles on the road! In this unique role youll have the added opportunity to support our customers and service team by capturing and sharing clear repair updates that builds trust and confidence in every interaction.

Hourly Wage Range: $18.55 - $21.30

What Youll Do:

Order and track parts for clients with ongoing vehicle repairs in a timely manner
Communicate and work as a team with the technicians and service department to ensure the job gets done
Accurately process parts orders
Conduct regular inventory counts/checks
Continue to ensure collaboration with suppliers to create mutually beneficial business relationships
Precise video documentation of repairs on client vehicles
Proper explanation of the technicians vehicle prognosis on video
Efficient and prompt upload of video to the client
Cleanliness of service department
Organization of internal estimates of pre-owned vehicles
Organization of new and used vehicle deliveries
Creation of internal work orders for new vehicle stock

What You Bring:

Previous parts experience considered an asset.
Strong customer service skills in person as well as over the phone
Experienced in using Microsoft Office software
Be comfortable explaining service processes on camera (voice only)
Valid drivers license and clean drivers abstract.
A positive attitude and excellent work ethic
A strong attention to detail and the drive to learn
