Your Role: Architect/Project Manager
What Youll Do:
- Lead the design process from early concept through detailed development ensuring continuity technical rigor and alignment with the clients vision.
- Coordinate closely with engineering and specialty disciplines to integrate design intent seamlessly across all project deliverables.
- Drive design-focused communication including leading project design meetings presenting updates and supporting client relationships through clear proactive dialogue.
- Oversee design quality and technical accuracy performing QA/QC reviews and guiding the team to meet standards resolve design issues and mitigate risks.
- Manage project financial performance including budgeting forecasting contract administration cost-to-complete tracking and early identification of potential overruns.
- Support strategic project and business development efforts including negotiating design scope and fees contributing to proposals and interviews capturing lessons learned for continuous improvement and contributing to marketing and client engagement activities.
What You Bring to the Table:
- A Bachelors () or Masters () in Architecture
- AIA Licensure required
- Minimum 10 years of project experience in a consulting or firm environment
- Project Management professional certifications preferred but not required
- Experience with Deltek Vantagepoint Revit Bluebeam and Microsoft Office
- Excellent organizational communication and collaboration skills - with the ability to listen actively and translate client/team needs into real solutions
- Ability to travel to off-site projects and offices
- Must possess a valid drivers license
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
