Job Summary
University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dependable Home Health Worker to provide in-home care and support to our clients inHartland MI. This role involves assisting clients with daily activities ensuring their comfort and promoting their independence in a safe and caring environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing dressing grooming and toileting
- Help with mobility and transferring clients as needed
- Perform light housekeeping duties including cleaning laundry and meal preparation
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients to enhance their quality of life
- Follow care plans established by healthcare providers and ensure client safety at all times
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Two forms of valid Ids
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation to travel to client homes in Hartland MI
- Pass a Background check
