- Shift: 2nd shift (Monday Friday ; 3pm - 11pm)

A day in the Life:
- Operating cartridge equipment to pleat trim cut seal membrane media sub assemble cap final assembly testing drying and packaging of cartridges.
- Performing various production operations including the operating of multiple machines where it can be done safely and filling in on positions throughout manufacturing operations as required.
- Observing all company and OSHA safety rules and practices. Keeping the work area clean and orderly.
- Assisting in change over and setup on production line and equipment.
- Assisting other department members as needed to ensure safety and maximize output. Assisting in the training of other employees as necessary.
- Completing quality checks and if a discrepancy is found working with appropriate team members to solve the problem.
- Possessing the ability to clearly speak understand and write in English to communicate effectively in both verbal and written contexts.
Keys to Success:
Education
- Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed prior to start).
Experience
- One (1) year or more of plant manufacturing and/or warehouse experience
Knowledge Skills Abilities
- Ability to work 2nd shift (Monday Friday ; 3pm - 11pm)
- Ability to work weekends overtime or holidays as needed.
- Ability to lift up to 55 pounds unassisted and up to 70 pounds with assistance.
- Post-high school education
- Basic computer knowledge
- Good communication skills
Compensation and Benefits
The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in Connecticut is $16.78$25.16.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company team and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
