Job Summary

Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking LPN for an exciting Travel or Local job in Far Rockaway NY.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer medications and provide patient care according to facility protocols
Monitor patient conditions and report changes to supervising staff
Assist with daily living activities as needed
Maintain accurate documentation and patient records
Collaborate with nursing team to ensure high-quality care
Qualifications:
Active LPN license in New York required
Minimum of 1 year of experience in Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) settings required.
Previous experience in a clinical or care facility setting preferred
Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
Ability to work night shifts independently and efficiently
