Job Summary

Join a highly respected Omaha-based organization in a newly created role designed to drive meaningful change across both the Accounting and Human Resources functions. Working closely with both the CFO and CHRO this position offers the unique opportunity to influence workflow streamline processes and help shape the future structure of two critical departments. This role is ideal for a professional who began their career in Accounting or HR possesses an analytical mindset and is eager to make a visible organizational impact while positioning themselves for future leadership opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with Accounting and HR leaders to identify design and implement process improvement initiatives.
Lead and support automation projects aimed at increasing efficiency accuracy and transparency across both departments.
Evaluate and enhance HR processes including benefits administration payroll workflows and HRIS functionality.
Collaborate with the Accounting team on budgeting processes and related operational improvements.
