We are looking for a Product & Process Owner to join Stora Ensos global IT starting as soon as possible.

In this position you will be located in our modern office in Ostrava Czechia.

Your team is part of the IT Operations and Digital Workplace team committed to Creating an empowering digital workplace that enhances the user experience and aligns IT capabilities with evolving business needs and strategic goals. You will be reporting to the Digital Workplace Service Management Team lead.

Stora Enso is currently transitioning towards a global IT proactively partnering up with our business colleagues to drive growth with every project and every line of code. We build on a digital core to deliver what our business and customers need most. Your role will be critical in this shift as we embed AI automation and data-driven governance into the fabric of the organization.

Purpose

As the Product & Process Owner you are responsible for maximizing business value created through Stora Ensos product; ServiceNow HR product and process ownership on ITSM product: Demand Management; Problem Management and Transition to service. Your role connects technology operations and business strategy ensuring that digital solutions and business processes deliver measurable outcomes and continuous improvement.

You will lead development teams and stakeholders to shape and refine both product backlogs and process frameworks ensuring that they stay aligned with business goals user needs and Stora Ensos transformation. You own the vision strategy and continuous improvement of your area ensuring that process design and product functionality evolve with business needs.

Your responsibilities

  • Lead and own both ServiceNow HR product and Demand Management; Problem Management Transition to service processes and ensure alignment with business strategy and operational needs.
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog ensuring visibility transparency and future priorities.
  • Decide product features and define their business benefits and acceptance criteria.
  • Organize and contribute to testing of newly implemented product features.
  • Steer process and control framework development by applying subject matter expertise engaging subject matter experts and coordinating with across business areas.
  • Translate business needs into actionable process improvements and product enhancements.
  • Ensure service delivery of incoming incidents requests defects changes problems and demands (enhancement stories and related tasks) and in close cooperation with Business Units to align with Stora Ensos roadmap and processes.
  • Drive digital transformation and automation initiatives within processes and products to improve efficiency quality and end-user experience.
  • Lead working groups and cross-functional teams to define and refine requirements and bring together business and technical expertise.
  • Secure and align product and process budgets resource plans and governance structures.
  • Ensure that all product and process documentation standards and guidelines are up to date transparent and effectively communicated to stakeholders.

What you bring

  • Knowledge of ITIL v4 foundation.
  • Service Now or other ITSM system knowledge of the capabilities for ServiceNow platform & products running on it.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow capabilities.
  • Proven experience in product or process systems business analysis or related roles within digital or industrial environments.
  • Strong understanding of demand and problem management.
  • Experience in managing product backlogs requirements and prioritization or product and process development.
  • Solid project management abilities and a clear understanding of process governance documentation and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to bridge business and technical perspectives.
  • Proven ability to drive stakeholder alignment in a cross-functional environment.
  • Analytical and structured mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Curiosity and openness to learn with a passion for improving ways of working through innovation and automation.
  • Openness towards other ITSM processes.
  • Advanced English.
