What You Can Expect
As Floor Support IT Intern you will assist in the daily operations of supporting personnel on a busy Energy Trading Floor.You will shadow experienced IT staff to learn industry-specific systems and best practices. You will provide first-level technical support to traders and front-office staff for hardware software and networking issues. You will assist in setting up and maintaining desktop environments trading applications and connectivity. You will document issues resolutions and configurations thoroughly to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity. You will assist with hardware deployment for new staff or equipment replacements.
What Youll Bring
You are working toward a Bachelors degree in Information Systems Programming Business Analysis or any related field
Must possess a 3.0 GPA or higher and be able to work between 20 - 40 hours per week.
Excellent oral and written communication skills
The ability to think analytically present ideas professionally and work in project teams.
Additional Details
The internship work term will be from January 2026 to May 2026 full-time work schedule working 20-40 hours per week
This role is eligible for our hybrid work policy.
Must be willing and able to comply with all ENGIE ethics and safety policies.
Compensation
Salary Range: $22.50 $31.00 USD hourly
This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.
