Your Mission
- Lead and empower a dedicated team of Field Service Engineers Technical Support Specialists and Hotline Experts in the French-speaking EMEA region.
- Act as the primary contact for all Service-related matters for our French customersinternally and externally.
- Manage escalations and critical incidents with a calm solution-oriented approach.
- Develop and implement tailored Service solutions that meet the specific needs of our customers.
- Collaborate with EOS headquarters to align on strategic service initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
- Plan and oversee team training resource allocation and budget management in line with our Service strategy.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations and promote the well-being of your team.
Your Talents
- A solid academic foundation in Engineering Economics or a comparable field.
- Proven leadership experience in a similar role ideally within the manufacturing industry.
- Hands-on service know-how preferably in technical field service - Additive Manufacturing is a plus.
- Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Master of priorities able to navigate fast-paced environments and manage expectations with confidence.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on mindset balancing long-term goals and daily operations.
- Fluent in French and English German is a bonus - and youre open to traveling across EMEA (up to 30%).
