Lube Technician

This is an exciting opportunity to join Paul Thigpen Automotive Group as a Lube Technician where youll receive hands-on training manufacturer support and a clear career path toward becoming a Certified Automotive Technician. What Youll Do
- Perform basic maintenance services including oil changes tire rotations and fluid checks
- Inspect vehicles for wear and damage and communicate findings to service advisors or senior technicians
- Check and adjust tire pressure and refill fluid levels as needed
- Install new oil filters and drain plugs
- Lubricate fittings and perform general vehicle upkeep
- Complete thorough vehicle inspections following dealership and manufacturer guidelines
- Deliver excellent customer service with professionalism and attention to detail
What Were Looking For
- Strong work ethic and desire to build a long-term career in the automotive industry
- Excellent communication and time-management skills
- Basic mechanical aptitude and computer literacy
- Positive attitude teamwork mindset and eagerness to learn
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
