Job Summary

Lube Technician

At Paul Thigpen Automotive Group were looking for motivated individuals ready to start a rewarding career in the automotive industry!

This is an exciting opportunity to join Paul Thigpen Automotive Group as a Lube Technician where youll receive hands-on training manufacturer support and a clear career path toward becoming a Certified Automotive Technician. What Youll Do

  • Perform basic maintenance services including oil changes tire rotations and fluid checks
  • Inspect vehicles for wear and damage and communicate findings to service advisors or senior technicians
  • Check and adjust tire pressure and refill fluid levels as needed
  • Install new oil filters and drain plugs
  • Lubricate fittings and perform general vehicle upkeep
  • Complete thorough vehicle inspections following dealership and manufacturer guidelines
  • Deliver excellent customer service with professionalism and attention to detail

  • Strong work ethic and desire to build a long-term career in the automotive industry
  • Excellent communication and time-management skills
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and computer literacy
  • Positive attitude teamwork mindset and eagerness to learn
  • Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
