Physical Therapy Specialist
Location: Multiple Locations
Type: Contract
Pay Rate: $40$55/hour
Position Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Specialist to deliver high-quality rehabilitative care. This role focuses on evaluating patient needs developing personalized therapy plans and supporting individuals through various stages of recovery.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess physical impairments and create tailored treatment goals.
- Provide therapeutic interventions that restore mobility reduce pain and optimize function.
- Utilize manual therapy exercise programs and equipment-based modalities.
- Adjust treatment plans based on patient progress.
- Educate patients and caregivers on rehabilitation routines.
- Coordinate care with interdisciplinary clinical teams.
- Maintain thorough documentation in line with regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Active state Physical Therapist license.
- 1 year clinical experience preferred; new grads welcome.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
Skills
Strong communication patient engagement documentation accuracy and EHR familiarity.
