Russian-Speaking Coordination Supervisor (HOMECARE)
Brooklyn NY (On-site)
$85000/year
Overview:
This newly created Supervisor position oversees a team of Russian-speaking coordinators within a fast-paced homecare environment. Youll play a key role in ensuring the quality efficiency and retention outcomes of the coordination team while providing hands-on leadership and resolving service issues in real-time.
Responsibilities:
Supervise 56 Russian-speaking coordinators and support their performance
Monitor quality of service speed of case response and relationship outcomes
Act as an escalation point for complex aide or family concerns
Coach coordinators to ensure consistency in communication and problem-solving
Track KPIs related to case retention and response times
Liaise with internal departments to ensure coverage and support
Requirements:
Fluent in Russian (required)
homecare coordination or related supervisory experience
Strong leadership accountability and communication skills
Ability to manage both day-to-day operations and long-term team goals
Calm under pressure solutions-oriented
