Registered Nurse (RGN) Night Shifts 42 hours per week 21.50 per hour

What Were Looking For

NMC Pin and Registered Nurse (RGN) qualification no newly qualified nurses for this role
Strong clinical background with confidence in autonomous decision-making
Previous experience working in a nursing home elderly care setting or similar environment
Excellent communication skills and a supportive leadership approach
Ability to remain calm organised and focused during night shifts

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality clinical care to residents throughout the night
Lead support and guide care staff to maintain exceptional standards
Complete accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
Respond promptly to changes in residents health and escalate concerns appropriately
Administer medications safely and in line with nursing home policies
Provide compassionate person-centred care tailored to individual needs
