Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
- Receive project details from the sales team and open job tickets
- Coordinate between design production and finishing departments to ensure on-time delivery
- Track job stages and follow up on proofs approvals and materials
- Maintain organized documentation and communicate status updates to internal teams
- Troubleshoot project challenges and resolve issues proactively
- Serve as the main internal point of contact once the sale has closed
- Prior experience in printing signage and/or customer service preferred
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable managing multiple deadlines at once
- Detail-oriented deadline-driven and highly dependable
- Must successfully pass background check and drug screening
