How Youll Make an Impact
Manage end-to-end purchasing for direct materials and factory services.
Ensure timely material availability to meet production schedules.
Build and maintain strong relationships with local and regional suppliers.
Negotiate pricing terms and delivery schedules to optimize costs.
Monitor supplier performance and lead audits when needed.
Drive cost reduction initiatives through strategic sourcing.
Utilize ERP systems (e.g. SAP) for purchase order management and reporting.
Lead and develop a team of buyers and analysts to achieve factory goals.
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations procedures and guidelines.
Your Background
Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Business Engineering or related field.
8 years of purchasing/procurement experience including 3 years in manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of direct material sourcing and MRP systems.
Excellent negotiation analytical and leadership skills.
Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems.
Preferred certifications: CPP CPIM Lean Six Sigma.
