Produce pastries desserts breads and specialty items for the bakery and banquets
Follow recipes portion standards and presentation guidelines
Support high-volume production for weddings galas and corporate events
Maintain cleanliness organization and food safety standards
Assist with inventory ingredient prep and daily production lists
Collaborate with pastry chefs to develop seasonal items and specials
