Qualifications :
Bachelors degree from four-year college or university in business management human resources psychology or related field; and/or equivalent combination of education and
Requires excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
Outstanding communication skills both written and oral; must communicate professionally and positively with employees and all levels of management
Required knowledge of federal and state labor laws and regulatory compliance
A fundamental understanding of computer processing including word processing and spreadsheet applications At least five years related experience and/or
Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) preferred.
Bilingual preferred
Call Center HR experience preferred
Strong Employee Relations experience preferred
Ability to work flexible hours
