Job Summary

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business objectives and goals.
  • Collaborate with executive leaders to ensure that HR initiatives align with the organizations objectives
  • Workforce planning talent acquisition and succession planning.
  • Strategic manpower planning talent acquisition and succession planning.
  • Implement effective communication to foster a transparent and open dialogue between employees and management.
  • Develop and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs.
  • Monitor market trends and conduct regular benchmarking to ensure the organization remains competitive in attracting and retaining talent.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree from four-year college or university in business management human resources psychology or related field; and/or equivalent combination of education and 

  • Requires excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail. 

  • Outstanding communication skills both written and oral; must communicate professionally and positively with employees and all levels of management 

  • Required knowledge of federal and state labor laws and regulatory compliance 

  • A fundamental understanding of computer processing including word processing and spreadsheet applications At least five years related experience and/or 

  • Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) preferred. 

  • Bilingual preferred 

  • Call Center HR experience preferred 

  • Strong Employee Relations experience preferred 

  • Ability to work flexible hours 


Additional Information :

  • Understanding of Ultra-Luxury guest expectations and brand alignment.
  • experience in project coordination scheduling and document control during pre-Opening stages.
  • Experience in pre-Opening is a must.
  • A proactive anticipatory approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Impeccable grooming and personal presentation aligned with Luxury standards.
