4. Presentation & Communication Excellence
Prepare CEO and board-level strategic presentations briefs and talking points.
Communicate complex strategies in a visual compelling format for cross-functional use.
Maintain the strategy knowledge base and initiative tracker.
5. Continuous Improvement & Process Optimization
Benchmark strategy execution methods and enhance OKR design planning timelines and reporting
cadence.
Recommend improvements to enterprise-level strategy workflows.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor s degree in Business Economics or Engineering; MBA preferred.
Advanced Excel PowerPoint and Power BI/Tableau
Strategy/Budgeting Tools (e.g. BSC Strategyzer)
7 years in strategic planning corporate development or consulting.
Experience working with executive leadership teams.
Preferred Certifications:
OKR Certified Professional (C-OKRP) PMP
