Duties & Responsibilities

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Define standard operating procedures and implement and manage end to end processes
Monitor and report on progress against operational plans and make adjustments were quired
Formulate a plan which includes milestones and priorities to deliver on operational objectives
Plan manage and monitor initiatives to ensure customer service excellence
Coordinate and prioritize the work outputs of own work peers and team
Develop unit testing frameworks
Execute unit testing
Implement and manage workforce planning recruitment learning and development performance management reward and recognition and employee relations to ensure an optimal working environment
Create an engaging enabling and productive work climate aligned to the employee value proposition by demonstrating leadership through personal commitment to organizational values
Manage operational risk and risk mitigation initiatives
Manage monitor and report on budget variances in order to maximize financial performance
Review the quality of outputs of own work peers and a team
