Job Summary: We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care and possess excellent clinical skills. The Nurse will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality care to our patients. Key Responsibilities: - Provide direct patient care including administering medications performing treatments and monitoring patient progress - Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans - Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention - Maintain accurate and detailed patient records - Monitor and maintain medical equipment and supplies - Assist with diagnostic tests and procedures - Adhere to infection control and safety protocols - Act as a patient advocate ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed - Participate in ongoing educational opportunities to stay current with medical advancements and best practices - Maintain a professional and compassionate demeanor at all times Qualifications and Skills: - Valid nursing license in the state of employment - Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nurse - Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of medical procedures and protocols - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well in a team environment - Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards patients and their families - Proficient in electronic medical records and other healthcare software - Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays - BLS/CPR certification We offer a competitive salary and benefits package including medical dental and vision insurance paid time off and opportunities for professional development.
