What youll be doing:
Drive daily outbound to contacts and warm prospects via phone email (Outlook) Microsoft Teams LinkedIn and other channels.
Identify research and generate new opportunities within target accounts across our ideal client profiles including FMCG QSR Banking Telco and Digital Platforms.
Utilise a target client hitlist aligned to company goals and expand it with new contacts where relevant.
Work from a flexible script to craft personalised compelling messaging by role and industry communicating clearly and confidently with mid-senior decision makers.
Confidently articulate what TLC Worldwide does and how we help brands with new customer acquisition retention and loyalty.
Handle objections professionally and keep positive conversations moving toward a meeting.
Focus on Thailand leveraging local market fluency to enhance outreach relevance engagement and conversion.
Conduct thorough contact and brand research including recent shoutouts sector trends their competitors decision-makers and buying processes. Stay updated on industry growth and campaign activity to fuel smart strategic conversations.
Keep your LinkedIn profile sharp and on-brand; build a network that maps to your target list.
Learn to use new tools or platforms to find new contacts for specific accounts and roles (eg: Seamless Apollo media sites etc).
Qualify leads by understanding challenges objectives and timing; identify the right roles in the decision-making process.
Book introduction meetings between qualified decision-makers and our local Business Development Director providing a clear summary of their goals or needs and recommended next steps.
Follow up and nurture leads from sales and marketing initiatives (website EDMs direct mailers content/blogs events etc.) to progress them through the funnel.
Use Microsoft Dynamics to search existing contacts track communication history update lead and outreach status and assign qualified meetings to the local BD team.
Maintain accurate honest data updates and documentation to support reliable reporting forecasting and pipeline reviews for headquarters.
Follow up consistently to increase meeting conversion and build client relationships well.
What Were Looking For
Minimum 5 years experience in telemarketing sales or lead generation (B2B experience preferred).
Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Thailand language clear concise and persuasive.
Can deliver a persuasive elevator pitch and communicate the product message with clarity and impact.
Good familiarity of brand and consumer trends in Thailand understanding the culture and communication methods.
Fast learner with strong research skills; able to quickly grasp industries or trends business models and org structures.
Positive and persuasive client-focused communicator who builds rapport and uncovers needs.
Resilient and target-driven; comfortable with rejection and motivated by outcomes.
Organised detail-oriented and reliable in managing follow-ups and reporting.
Tech-savvy: Microsoft Dynamics LinkedIn (ideally Sales Navigator/Premium) Microsoft Teams and other similar prospecting tools.
Team player with integrity professionalism a positive attitude and strong emotional intelligence.
This role is based in Bangkok Thailand.
