Job Summary
Professional Galaxy is looking for a Junior Operational Procurement Specialist on behalf of our client.
Assignment/Main Tasks:
To assist the Operational Procurement Team in the processing of Purchase Orders in the procurement tool COPP and as needed assist in various projects and/or stakeholder management activities.
Experience Level:
Junior or strong entry level. Experience in Purchasing Supply Chain and/or Business Administration is preferred or experience working with other large multinationals.
Candidates should be bold self-starters fast learners able to manage their own time effectively have excellent written and verbal communication skills strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail and above all proven computer skills (especially in Microsoft Office).
Start date: 01/12/2025
End date: 30/09/2026 (Approx. 10 months). Possibility for prolongation
Remote work (Yes/No): Yes Hybrid. Minimum 03 days in office per week
