We are recruiting a Head of Procurement to lead and optimize our procurement function within the Division located in Warsaw Poland.

We are interested in you as a person; your attitude behaviors and values.

What you will be doing :

- You will work in a dynamic environment and be responsible for driving the companys procurement strategy ensuring compliance with sustainability goals and supporting business continuity.

-You will develop and deploy tools and systems to improve procurement efficiency accuracy and effectiveness (Dashboards legal templates reporting tools etc.).

-You will collaborate with global and local stakeholders to achieve strategic and operational excellence.

-You will oversee a team of category managers directly manage key technical categories lead the RFP process.

If you have experience in Automotive business and Compliance & Sustainability this is an added advantage.

You will ensure procurement activities align with the companys compliance and sustainability targets & manage procurement-related aspects during ISO IATF and TISAX audits.

You have a Bachelors or masters degree in supply chain Procurement Management Business Administration or a related field.

You have proven experience in procurement leadership roles preferably in the manufacturing or automotive industry.

You have proficiency in procurement tools and systems with a focus on driving digital transformation in procurement processes (you know how to use SAP).
