A well-respected 1118 comprehensive school in Mid-Essexis seeking a Maths ECT to join their welcoming team.

School Description

Maths Department Insight
The Maths department is stable and experienced with a strong culture of mentoring. ECTs benefit from shared planning access to model lesson resources regular developmental observations and clear support with behaviour and assessment.

The Role

  • Teaching Maths to KS3 and KS4 groups using established schemes of work
  • Taking part in regular mentor sessions and whole-school ECT training
  • Participating in numeracy initiatives revision sessions and department activities

A committed and organised ECT who is keen to grow within a supportive department and contribute to a culture of high expectations.
