Job Summary
Job Description: Mechatronics & Robotics Tech
Location: Somerset NJ
Pay: $25-30/hour based upon experience
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks on buildings and facilities to ensure operational efficiency.
- Conduct inspections of equipment and systems to identify maintenance needs and issues.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants and staff.
- Maintain and repair HVAC electrical plumbing and mechanical systems as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards while performing maintenance work.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of special events and functions as required.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
- Collaborate with other team members to enhance operational effectiveness.
Essential Qualifications:
- Basic understanding of mechanical electrical and plumbing systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Capability to follow instructions and adhere to safety procedures.
Desired Experience:
- Previous experience in maintenance or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Hands-on experience with tools and maintenance equipment.
- Familiarity with building maintenance practices and standards.
