About the Role
We are seeking a highly committed and experienced Responsible Individual to oversee the management and quality of care within childrens residential services. The successful candidate will ensure the home is fully compliant with Ofsted regulations safeguarding standards and organisational policies while providing strong leadership to staff teams.
Tasks
Oversee day-to-day management of childrens residential services.
Ensure the highest standards of safeguarding welfare and care for children.
Lead support and supervise Registered Managers and staff teams.
Monitor performance conduct audits and ensure compliance with Ofsted standards.
Build strong relationships with external agencies local authorities and families.
Prepare for inspections and ensure continuous improvement plans are implemented.
Maintain accurate documentation and incident reports.
Requirements
Proven experience working within childrens residential care (essential).
Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding legislation.
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply).
Right to Work in the UK is essential.
