Were a growing education startup entering a new phase of 2026 we will deliver 120 projects expand into new product lines and grow our team. To support this next chapter we are hiring a part-time Operations Lead / Chief of Staff - someone who will become part of the operational backbone of LevelUp.

Tasks

This is a high-trust high-impact position working directly with the CEO and all department leads.

You will:

Coordinate day-to-day operations across all departments
Support Schools & Academics (departments) with trainer scheduling prep and organisation
Coordinate with Camps and Adult Education teams to ensure smooth operations and logistics.
Build maintain and improve internal systems processes and automations
Ensure clean communication flow across teams and projects
Take ownership of problem-solving and quality control
Assist the CEO with implementing strategic initiatives
Prepare internal documents plans communication and operational materials
Remove operational pressure from CEO so they can focus on growth

Requirements

You are part strategist part project manager part solution-finder.

You:

Have experience in operations project coordination education ops hospitality ops or similar
Are extremely organised and detail-oriented
Thrive in environments with many moving parts
Communicate clearly calmly and kindly
Think in systems - not isolated tasks
Can move fluidly between high-level thinking and hands-on execution
Love supporting teams and helping others succeed
Are energised by joining a small team with big ambitions
