Are you a new or seasoned RN with a passion for mental health looking for a full-time role At Easterseals PORT Health (ESPH) our mission is rooted in empowering individuals and strengthening communities. We are seeking compassionate and motivated full-time Registered Nurses to join our Virginia REACH team in supporting individuals with I/DD and mental health needs at our warm home-like Crisis Therapeutic Home (CTH) in Staunton VA.
We are hiring for the following schedule:
Monday - Friday 7am-3pm
Your Role in Our Mission
- Make a real difference by providing compassionate nursing care to adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities and behavioral health needs in our Crisis Therapeutic Home
- Administer medications perform nursing assessments and ensure each individual receives the highest standard of care
- Educate and empower individuals regarding their physical and mental health
- Collaborate with a dedicated interdisciplinary team to create personalized care and treatment plans
- Ensure safety and compliance by maintaining accurate documentation and following all clinical standards
- Play an essential role in promoting stability recovery and hope for those we serve
- Provide guidance to Behavior Techs and LPNs as needed

- Competitive salary: $65000 - $68000 annually for this full time exempt position

What Were Looking For
- Licensure: Current valid unrestricted licensed as a Registered Nurse in state of Virginia
- Knowledge: MH and I/DD systems of care preferred
- Experience: Crisis prevention and intervention services preferred
- Transportation: A valid drivers license and car insurance for occasional transportation to appointments
