Job Summary
Business Analysis & Value Articulation:
Possess strong domain knowledge and a solid understanding of end-to-end business processes.
Uncover the root causes of client pain points validate business opportunities or problems and partner with stakeholders to deliver effective value-driven solutions.
Understand stakeholder needs and articulate the business value behind each requirement translating them into achievable objectives and measurable outcomes.
Clearly define and communicate how proposed solutions and delivery contribute to key business metrics.
Break down complex business goals into clear scenarios and corresponding development tasks ensuring traceability from business objectives to technical deliverables.
Manage and anchor multiple streams of work across different systems effectively ensuring alignment with overall business priorities and measurable value realization.
Maintain strong attention to detail and take a practical approach to day-to-day story writing and delivery.
Ability to identify potential AI opportunities within the business and ability to come up with AI based solutions
Working experience with Salesforce CRM.
