Education:
Bachelors degree in information technology Engineering Audio Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Required Experience:
5 years of experience in AV engineering integration or support-preferably within secure government or enterprise environments.
Required Technical Skills:
Crestron/AMX programming Extron systems Cisco Webex/TelePresence AV-over-IP technologies control system design signal flow analysis system schematics and rack building.
Security Clearance Level:
TS/SCI
Required Skills and Abilities:
Strong problem-solving skills communication abilities attention to detail and the ability to support AV operations in secure and fast-paced environments.
Ability to travel 10 15% for installations testing and troubleshooting.
Preferred Skills:
Prior experience supporting secure AV systems in DoD or intelligence community environments.
Experience integrating emerging AV technologies in classified spaces.
