Job Title: SME Network Wireless Engineer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Network Wireless Engineer (SME) to join our clients infrastructure team in Melbourne FL. The ideal candidate will bring extensive expertise in Aruba and Cisco Wireless technologies including ClearPass and DDI (Infoblox). This role involves designing implementing and maintaining secure and high-performing wireless networks while collaborating with cross-functional IT teams to ensure seamless connectivity and network reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design configure and manage Aruba Wireless and Cisco Wireless networks across enterprise environments.
- Implement and administer Aruba ClearPass for network access control authentication and policy enforcement.
- Manage and optimize Infoblox DDI (DNS DHCP and IPAM) services to ensure robust network availability.
- Troubleshoot complex network issues and ensure minimal downtime.
- Collaborate with IT Operations and Service Management teams through ServiceNow for incident change and problem management.
- Conduct performance analysis capacity planning and wireless security audits.
- Provide technical leadership and best practices guidance for network design and architecture improvements.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5 years of hands-on experience with Aruba ClearPass
- 5 years of experience with Aruba Wireless solutions
- 5 years of experience with Cisco Wireless technologies
- 5 years of experience managing DDI (Infoblox) systems
- Strong experience working with ITSM tools (ServiceNow preferred)
- Excellent troubleshooting documentation and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Aruba Certified Mobility Professional (ACMP) or Cisco Wireless certification (CCNP Wireless / CWNA)
- Experience in large enterprise or hybrid environments
- Familiarity with network automation and scripting tools
