Job Summary

Roles/Responsibilities:

Arrange meetings track work and document findings for Health Data Services work efforts.
Ensure Director of Health Data Services is informed about ongoing projects and staff are aware of decisions made in meetings with the Director.
Create work structures policies and procedures.
Create forms and work trackers.
Manage staff deliverables.
Manage vendor relationships.
Manage staff training.

Mandatory Skills:

At least 2 years of project coordinator experience.
Must be self-driven and able to produce from minimal direction.
Must speak proficient English.
Must understand basic project principles.
Bachelors or equivalent experience.
Advanced Excel.
MS Project or Smartsheet project management software.
SharePoint and MS Teams.

Desirable Skills:

Experience with PMI or PMP language.
Experience working with data engineers.
Preference given for experience in Healthcare or Government
Preference given for experience in County Health Care
