Duration: 11 Months
Schedule: 12.5-hour days 3x3 weekly rotation (3 weeks on 3 weeks off)

Pay Range: XX26 XX35XX

CDL Requirement: Class A CDL required for this role

Job Overview:
The Equipment Operator is responsible for delivering safe efficient and reliable service operations. This role supports cementing operations by preparing operating and maintaining equipment ensuring high safety and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Rig up and rig down cementing service equipment at job sites
Learn and apply basic oil well operations and related safety requirements
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and complete required documentation
Operate maintain and troubleshoot cementing equipment
Maintain compliance with all HSE procedures safety training and company standards
Ensure proper valve alignment on bulk systems and surface manifold equipment
Follow procedures for handling hazardous materials site cleanup and disposal
Participate in toolbox meetings quality initiatives and operational improvement efforts
Support field and maintenance teams in equipment preparation and service delivery

Qualifications:

Valid Class A CDL (required)
Clean driving record
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to pass background check physical and drug screen
Able to follow written and verbal instructions
Basic math skills for field calculations
Willing to work long or irregular hours including on-call
Comfortable working in extreme weather and remote locations
