About the job
The Tele caller Intern will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers understanding their requirements and providing accurate information or solutions. The role involves maintaining call records updating the CRM system and achieving daily calling targets with a 95% connectivity rate
Key Responsibilities (KRA):
Make outbound calls to customer
Maintain a record of calls and update CRM
Understand customer requirements and provide relevant solutions or information.
Achieve daily calling target /Connected percentage of 95 %
Share feedback and insights from customer interactions with the team.
Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude during conversations.
Qualifications:
Freshers - recent graduates (or) pursing graduates
Good communication skills in English and/or regional languages.
Ability to handle multiple calls and work under minimal supervision.
Basic computer skills (MS Office CRM familiarity is a plus).
Positive attitude patience and willingness to learn.
Prior calling experience is a plus but not mandatory.
