Leidos Defense Systems Electronics Manufacturing is seeking a Manufacturing Test Engineer to support our Electronics Manufacturing Facility. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals with limited experience who are eager to grow their skills in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of test hardware and software for electronic systems including analog mixed-signal and RF applications at the board and system level.
- Collaborate with design engineers test engineers and manufacturing engineers to understand assembly and testing requirements.
- Support the implementation of test software for production assemblies under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Perform testing of production assemblies
- Assist in setting up manual or automated test equipment to conduct functional and reliability tests on prototype or production assemblies.
- Analyze test results and provide input to senior engineers for corrective actions.
- Contributes to the improvement of test procedures to simplify testing and/or assembly processes.
- Gain hands-on experience working on a variety of products for both military and commercial customers.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in electrical engineering Electronics Engineering Technology and 0 years of experience.
- Familiarity with basic electronic testing equipment such as multimeters power supplies oscilloscopes and signal generators.
- Basic understanding of reading mechanical assembly drawings electrical schematics and other manufacturing documentation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word Excel etc.).
- U.S. Citizenship is required with the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Exposure to programming languages such as Python LabVIEW or TestStand through coursework or internships.
- Hands-on experience with electronic assembly or testing through internships co-op programs or academic projects.
- Interest in RF test equipment such as Network Analyzers and Spectrum Analyzers.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Pay Range $50050.00 - $90475.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline onlyand not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
