Job Description

Asa Sales Manager you must demonstrate a real desire to support our brokers so we can ensurewe remain thepartner of choice in a challenging and competitive ability to design and implement bespoke service solutions that meet the individual needs of our potential customers is critical to our ongoing success.

You will be part of the UK & Ireland Global sales team based in London andwillcontributeto our sales processesfrom start to finishto onboardnew programmesto Atradius.

Such tasks include but are not limited to:

  • Liaising with our broker community to identify possible sales opportunities
  • Conducting an initial assessment of opportunities reviewing supporting documentation / underwriting data and reporting your considerations to internal stakeholders.
  • Structuring multinational insurance programmes and submitting proposals to senior management for approval.
  • Maintenance of our CRM database sales pipelines and other administrative requirements.
  • Preparing quotation documentation sales decks and other external correspondence.
  • Working with our account team to identify and action opportunities for programme expansions with existing customers.
  • Corresponding directly with prospects and brokers to present our solutions.

To do this effectively you will have or be able to demonstrate good communication organisation and teamwork skills. You must have the ability to plan and execute your work independently and be able to react quickly to changing priorities.

This role is for a Sales Manager. However we are open to hiring a Junior Sales Manager (B1) with a clear development path to progress to Sales Manager (B2) for the right candidate.

This is a full-time position.

Required:

  • An ability to work with a diverse range of people with different backgrounds nationalities and personalities both internally and externally.
  • Proficiency withMicrosoft Excel and otherMicrosoft applications.
  • Comfortable working with numbers and interpreting data.
  • Relevant business experience orrelateddegree
  • A proactive and enthusiastic approach to sales opportunities
  • Confidence balancingregular set deliverables with ad-hoctasks reacting to the dynamic nature of new-business with a multinational insurer.
  • An interest in the world how businesses operate internationally how trade flows across borders and the risks different businesses face in transacting across the world.
  • Right to work in the UK

Desirable

Experience within credit insurance and a strong understanding of policy structures is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
