Job Summary

Were hiring a passionate Occupational Therapist to evaluate patients (pediatric through adult) develop individualized care plans and oversee COTAs providing follow-up visits. If you enjoy autonomy and collaboration this is the role for you!

YOUR ROLE:
- Evaluate patients in-home (pediatric to adult)
- Develop care goals and treatment plans
- Supervise COTAs and review their charting
- Perform occasional follow-up visits as needed
COMPENSATION AND SCHEDULE:
- $65$70 per visit you complete
- $5 per visit completed by your COTAs
- Weekly pay
- You set your own schedule PRN as needed role
- Location: Lubbock TX
WHAT YOU NEED:
- 1 year of experience as an OT
- Active Texas OT license
- Valid drivers license & CPR certification
