HOURS: M-F: 7:00AM-5:00PM CST
LOCATION: 1727 Chestnut Ave Glenview IL 60025
What Youll Do
- Create a positive memorable experience for every customer.
- Communicate clearly with customers and technicians to ensure smooth workflow.
- Sell services and parts prepare accurate estimates and obtain approvals.
- Manage scheduling track vehicles and maintain detailed work order notes.
- Support shop operations with flexibility and professionalism.

- High school diploma or GED is required
- Must possess a current valid drivers license and have a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
- Willing to commit to building the customer experience and a shop reputation for honesty transparency and outstanding work.
- MUST HAVE at least 1 or more years Service Writer/Advisor experience or other experience that closely matches the Service Advisor responsibilities.
- Develops a great working relationship with the Technicians that is founded on respect.
- Strong customer service skills.
- MUST HAVE 1 or more years experience in a sales role or demonstrates an ability to sell and lead.
