Job Summary

Were looking for an experienced recruiter to join our Experienced Recruitment team and take the lead in identifying attracting and securing world-class professionals who will shape the future of our business. This is a high-impact role where youll work closely with trading and research leads to deliver strategic hiring initiatives that fuel our competitive advantage.
Your Core Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers offering insights on market trends talent availability and best practices to inform hiring decisions.
- Leverage a deep understanding of IMCs culture goals and industry to develop creative and effective sourcing strategies that reach passive and active candidates in competitive markets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with top candidates and network across the finance and trading industries.
- Manage and optimize our recruitment agency partnerships ensuring clear expectations quality delivery and alignment with IMCs standards and values.
- Evaluate candidates for both technical expertise and cultural alignment to ensure their skills experience and values meet the needs of the hiring team.
- Create a personalized and engaging experience that highlights IMCs unique strengths.
- Continuously assess and refine recruitment processes to maximize efficiency effectiveness and the quality of hire.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders celebrating successes addressing challenges and offering data-driven insights to inform recruitment strategies.
Your Skills and Experience:
- 5 years of full cycle recruiting experience with significant time spent hiring for trading and quantitative research roles or similar technical positions.
- Proven ability to hire top-tier talent in fast-paced high-stakes environments especially candidates with multiple offers.
- Strong stakeholder management skills including the ability to influence advise and adapt to evolving priorities.
- Experience in managing external recruitment partners including performance oversight and relationship management.
- Highly organized and execution-focused with a strong sense of urgency and quality.
- Proficiency using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
