Roles and Responsibilities:

Become the CI Center of Excellence You will own our understanding of the market. This means going deep on competitor strategy tracking everything from their product roadmaps and pricing changes to their marketing campaigns and customer feedback. Youll perform comprehensive teardowns of their features messaging and GTM tactics to understand not just what theyre doing but why.

Build Our GTM Intel Engine Your insights will be a force multiplier. You will create and scale a robust CI program that delivers actionable intelligence. This includes developing dynamic assets like battle cards SWOT analyses win/loss reports and competitor matrices. Youll also run our must-read internal CI newsletter and manage real-time insight channels to keep the entire company informed.

Enable the Field to Win Youll translate your intel into confidence for our frontline teams. You will be a key partner to Sales and Customer Success developing and delivering training on objection handling competitive positioning and in-deal counter-tactics. Your work ensures our GTM teams walk into every conversation prepared to differentiate MoEngage effectively.

Drive Strategic Product & GTM Decisions You will be the early warning system for the business. By partnering closely with Product Revenue and Marketing leadership youll surface critical threats and opportunities. Your analysis will directly influence our product roadmap shape our marketing messages and ensure our long-term strategy is built on a foundation of market awareness.

Requirement:

  • 4 years of experience in Product Marketing Competitive Intelligence or a related GTM role ideally within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.

  • A proven track record of translating market research and competitive analysis into tangible GTM strategies sales plays and measurable business impact.

  • Deep fluency in B2B SaaS GTM motions the typical buyers journey and the principles of product-led growth (PLG).

  • Exceptional communication skills. You are a natural storyteller who can distill complex technical and strategic information into crisp compelling narratives presentations and written assets.

  • A strategic self-starter mindset. You thrive in ambiguous fast-paced environments know how to prioritize ruthlessly and are skilled at building collaborative relationships across functions.

  • Familiarity with GTM and CI tools (like Klue Crayon Gong SEMrush or Salesforce) is a significant plus.
