About the role:
As an Admin Support Officer within Nottingham City Councils Housing Services you will provide essential administrative and clerical support to the Access Team and Access & Resolution Officers. This role is pivotal in ensuring accurate data handling maintaining records and supporting legal compliance processes that uphold tenant safety and statutory obligations including gas regulations Awaabs Law and Electrical Safety Regulations.
You will manage appointment referrals update tracking systems prepare evidence for legal submissions and produce reports using Microsoft packages particularly Excel. The position involves coordinating workloads scheduling appointments and handling a high volume of cases across multiple service areas while delivering excellent customer care.
Strong organisational skills attention to detail and proficiency in IT systems are key as you will support performance reporting manage inbox queries assist with complaints and maintain absence records. This is a varied and rewarding role that contributes directly to the safety and wellbeing of tenants across Nottingham City Councils housing stock.
