Qualified Intellectual Disability Professional (QIDP)

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate the Individual Support Planning (ISP) process for residents in Shores Residential homes.
- Oversee the development implementation and monitoring of active treatment plans and program services.
- Ensure all services comply with state and federal regulations and organizational policies.
- Serve as a case manager advocate and liaison for residents families and service providers.
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to provide 24/7 shift support for residential homes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to assess resident needs and adjust care plans accordingly.
- Document all services interventions and progress accurately and timely.
- Provide guidance and supervision to direct care staff regarding treatment plans and regulatory compliance.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Services Psychology Social Work or a related field.
- Valid certification as a Qualified Intellectual Disability Professional (QIDP) or eligible for certification.
- Prior experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities preferred.
- Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations related to residential services.
- Excellent communication advocacy and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation may be required.
