Job Summary
We are currently looking for a Cleaner for a residential property in Coquitlam. This will be a part-time position. The Cleaner will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of the buildings common areas and ensuring a welcoming environment for residents.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Cleaning of residential and commercial properties
- Replenish supplies such as soaps paper towels and toilet paper
- Cleaning tasks such as dusting mopping sweeping waxing floors and vacuuming
- Cleaning spills broken glass and other messes up as quickly as possible
- Coordinating duties with other cleaners
- Performing maintenance activities related to cleaning such as ensuring bathrooms are sanitary
- Ordering new cleaning supplies as needed
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Cleaning experience is an asset
- Reliable and a good communicator
- Excellent time management skills
- Effective verbal and written communication in English
- Must be proactive and be able to work independently with minimal supervision
Job Types: Part-time Permanent
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- Working hours: 8am - 12pm
- Monday to Friday
Pay Rate: $18 per hour
Start Date: ASAP
Experience:
- Cleaning: 1 year (preferred)
