Infor M3 Senior SCM Consultant

Position Description:

We are looking for an experienced Infor M3 SCM Senior Consultant to join our ERP Application Management Services (AMS) team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert functional support system optimization and leadership within Infor M3 Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules. This role requires deep supply chain domain knowledge extensive hands-on experience in Infor M3 and the ability to guide teams in maintaining operational stability and driving process excellence across complex client environments.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

. Provide senior-level functional expertise across key Infor M3 SCM modules including Purchase Management Inventory Control Manufacturing and Logistics Execution.
. Lead and oversee the resolution of incidents service requests and change requests ensuring compliance with SLA commitments.
. Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues and drive preventive measures.
. Evaluate and implement configuration enhancements or process improvements to optimize system performance and business outcomes.
. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless end-to-end process integration.
. Guide and mentor mid-level and junior consultants promoting knowledge sharing and adherence to best practices.
. Review and approve documentation such as functional designs SOPs and training materials.
. Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

. 8 years of hands-on experience in Infor M3 SCM functional consulting or support.
. Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes.
. Proven track record in application support or AMS delivery environments for Infor M3.
. Proficiency with incident and service management tools (e.g. ServiceNow Remedy).
. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on sustainable solutions.
. Excellent leadership stakeholder management and communication skills.
. Bachelors Degree in Engineering Supply Chain Information Systems or a related discipline.


Preferred Qualifications:
. Experience with various M3 versions including Infor M3 CloudSuite (CE) will be an advantage.
. ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent experience in ITIL-based service delivery.
. Exposure to global AMS delivery models including 24x7 support environments.
. Experience in leading small functional teams or workstreams.
