Were seeking an exceptional Head of Design to lead our growing design team and shape the visual identity of one of the worlds leading cryptocurrency platforms. As Head of Design youll be both a visionary leader and a hands-on creative force. Youll build and maintain cohesive design systems that push the boundaries of whats possible for a crypto company while nurturing a talented team of designers to do their best work.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Lead and grow our design team fostering a culture of creativity collaboration and continuous learning
• Own our brand identity across all channels ensuring consistency and excellence at every touchpoint
• Build and maintain comprehensive design systems that scale across web mobile and physical experiences
• Drive creative innovation staying ahead of design trends and movements while bringing fresh thinking to the crypto space
• Balance strategic leadership with hands-on contribution getting into the details when needed while empowering your team to excel
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product marketing and engineering teams to deliver world-class user experiences
• Elevate our presence at events campaigns and key brand moments with standout creative work

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

• 8 years of design experience across a variety of projects and mediums
• Proven leadership experience managing mentoring and growing design teams
• Exceptional eye for detail with a deep understanding of design trends movements and best practices
• Strong systems thinking with experience building and maintaining scalable design systems
• Hands-on expertise as an individual contributor who still loves to create
• A standout portfolio that demonstrates your range craft and creative thinking
• Proficiency in industry-standard tools including Figma Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator Photoshop) Framer and ideally Rive
• Specialization in a particular design discipline (e.g. 3D work motion design illustration) is a strong plus
• Someone who geeks out over the latest design tools techniques and creative possibilities
• Crypto or fintech experience is a bonus but not essentialwe value design talent above all
