Electrical Team Leader North Yorkshire
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Electrical Team Leader to join a leading manufacturer of advanced systems based in North Yorkshire.
The Role:
Youll support the Electronics Lab Supervisor in managing a team of electrical technicians ensuring high standards of quality safety and efficiency are maintained. Acting as deputy in the supervisors absence youll prioritise workloads oversee testing and assembly of electrical/electronic components and help drive departmental performance to meet project deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead prioritise and delegate work across the electrical team
- Support project delivery and ensure quality and safety standards are met
- Maintain workflow through the department and monitor efficiency
- Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth production flow
About You:
- ONC (or equivalent) in Electronic & Electrical Engineering
- Strong knowledge of low/high voltage systems control/data systems and fibre optic handling
- Confident interpreting drawings and technical documentation
- Skilled in MS Office and MRP/stock management systems
- Organised proactive and able to lead by example
